The Chromosome 7 Annotation Project
Searching the Clinical Data Table
All search requests are matched against the PMID field (which lists all papers involving this patient), the Phenotype field, and the Unique ID (which is a composite of the index PMID and patient ID within that paper).
You can use the '%' sign as a wildcard. For example:
All search lists are capped at 100 entries.. a 'MORE' link at the bottom can be used to move forward to the next 100 entries.
Searches are NOT case sensitive.
- Searching for 'Unpublished_%' would return all breakpoints labeled
'Unpublished' (Because the underscore means it will search only the
unique ID field). A search for 'unpublished' would return all breakpoints
for which there is unpublished/unindexed data (as hits would also be
found in the PMID field).
- Searching for '324525%' would likely return all breakpoints published
in the paper whose Pubmed ID (PMID) is 324525, plus all breakpoints
which refer back to this field.
- Searching for 'Autism', 'Williams', or 'Renal' would return breakpoints
which have phenotypic data including those terms.
